Cooling Beds

We design & develop an extensive range of material handling equipment that meets diverse applications across industries. One of our prime products is Cooling bed that is manufactured as per the application area. These cooling beds are in conformance with industrial standards & also comply with safety norms. Siemens VAI cooling beds are designed using standard elements that can be combined in accordance with plant product mix requirements and production capacity. Full mechanical component standardization assures constant equipment quality, as well as high performance levels.

Converyor Rolls

The all type conveyor systems, Y- tables and Charging roller tables are available here. The main structures of these systems made up of M.S. Steel fabricated / bolted. The anti friction bearings are used for free fallowness. These systems available complete with reducers and speed changers. The heavy duty Conveyors are also available.

E.O.T. Cranes

E.O.T. Cranes use in Steel plants, Induction Furnaces, Paper mills, Cold Rolling mills, Arc Furnace, Pipe mills, Power plants, Hydro Power plant, Heavy Engineering industries, Container Handling, Dyeing Plants/ Wollen mills, Chemical & Pharmaceutical units,, Petro Chemical industry.

These cranes can be equipped for cabin, floor pendant control, joy stick control and radio control. The cabin can be attached to the bridge or trolley as in case of grabbing cranes.

TYPES OF CRANES :
1. Double Beam E.O.T. cranes
2. Single Beam E.O.T. cranes
3. Customized special purpose E.O.T. cranes

The double girder cranes find extensive use in Induction Furnace, Arc Furnace, Cold Rolling Mills, Paper Mills, Pipe Mills and Heavy Engineering Industry. These cranes have the advantage of low overall height as the hook can be raised between the two crane girders.

These cranes can be equipped for cabin, floor pendant control, joy stick control and radio control. The cabin can be attached to the bridge or trolley as in case of grabbing cranes.
